The Château is an L-shaped building enclosed in a medieval courtyard, built between the 12th and 16th century. Jean de la Fabrie acquired the Sylvestrie in 1597 and it was to remain in the family until the 19th century. Homage was paid to the noble house on 27 August 1764 by François de la Fabrie to François de Gombaut, the Baron of Pujols.
