Adib is originally from Beirut. A fan of cooking and Fayrouz, the most famous singer in the land of the Cedars, she inspired the name of his establishment. Chef Adib is starting a new life, ready to offer dishes with spicy and sweet Middle Eastern flavours. The only one at the helm, Adib offers only one dish a day to ensure quality, except for his crispy falafels on the menu from Monday to Saturday.
