South-West region, in the Lot plain (river at 300m), 9km from Villeneuve-sur-Lot, XIIIth century bastide, 1km from the village of Casseneuil (all services, all shops) and along the Voie Verte, cycle track, beautiful wooden house with a very contemporary style.
On one level, on a fully fenced property of 4850m².
