Gîte for 4 people, with jacuzzi on 2 levels, at the foot of the Bastide of Tournon-d'Agenais, fully equipped. An idyllic setting facing Lake Pescadou. A living room/dining room, a toilet on the ground floor, then 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds) and a shower room upstairs. Reversible air conditioning, working fireplace, terraces, internet TV. Equipped laundry room available, private parking. Ping-pong table. A rowboat is available to fully enjoy the lake and the view of the village overlooking the gîte. On-site and upon request, Spanish lessons for all levels, French conversation classes for non-French speakers, and French-Spanish interpretation services are available.
