15 kms from Villeneuve-sur-Lot, the pretty village of Saint-Pastour, the smallest bastide in the Lot-et-Garonne, where you will be surprised by the front of this old shop which houses a large village house of 220m². Pushing the door, you will discover a large bright room of 60m ² with billiards, corner relaxation and floor, then you will arrive in the magnificent living room of 90m ² with a beautiful high ceiling, composed of a large kitchen of 25m ² fully equipped and a living room-dining room of over 60m ². On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (8 beds), one of which is on the mezzanine overlooking the living room, 2 shower rooms and a toilet. Many visits to castles, bastides, markets, villages. 10-15 minutes from the Lot, cycling, canoeing or walking, Lougrate lake. Sheets are included, beds made on arrival. Internet/Wifi.
