The house is located in the Lot-et-Garonne countryside, in the village of Saint-Pastour, 1 hour from Périgord Noir and 45 minutes from Agen (Walygator and Aqualand). The 18-hole golf course at Villeneuve-sur-Lot (one of the best in Aquitaine) is 6 km from the gîte. 107 m² fully renovated, with particular attention paid to comfort (electric shutters, bedding, sofa, crockery, new household linen) and decoration. The gîte is perfect for family vacations! You'll love waking up to the sound of birdsong, the peace and quiet of the countryside, playing pétanque, relaxing in the hammocks in the shade of the trees, the 2-hectare wooded park and the swimming pool (shared with the other gîte) with its 7-m slide and breathtaking views over the countryside. The property comprises 2 gîtes and the guest house, with no facing buildings, so that everyone's privacy is preserved.
